(MC Model)Under this model, the operational company manages the hotel owned by the owner. While the owner retains decision-making authority, daily operations, staff management, and marketing support are handled by the operational company, which receives a portion of the revenue as a management fee.

(Leasing Model)The operational company leases the hotel from the owner and pays fixed or variable rent over a specified period. The operational company is responsible for the business operations, and profits are determined by the lease terms.
